For Therapists

Consultation Services

1:1 and small group consultation is an exciting way to collaborate with another therapist to enhance our therapeutic practices and support one another. Our time together will be an excellent opportunity to share insights, tackle professional challenges, and build meaningful connections within our community. A few ways I can support you:

  • Thinking about starting a private practice? You do not have to figure it out alone

  • Navigating OHP and the various CCO’s (Coordinated Care Organizations)

  • Breaking destructive beliefs about money that impact your business and increase financial stress

  • Therapist to therapist support. Sometimes we need to talk to someone who understands.

Join Us for a Live Training

Live 2 day workshop with Dr. Michelle Engblom-Deglmann, LMFT and Frankie Lemmons, LMHC and Marriage and Family Therapist Associate . This training is beneficial for mental health clinicians, students, and associates who have ever thought about opening a private practice, or have a private practice.

Does this sound familiar?

When you think about starting a private practice, you may initially feel excited, but that excitement can quickly turn into paralysis, both mentally and physically, as you struggle with where to begin.

That’s why we have created this training. Private practice offers countless opportunities, but it can also feel isolating. We are here to support you on this journey, and we want you to know that you are not alone. Let’s work together to successfully launch your private practice, allowing you to earn money while pursuing your passion.

Why choose us?

  • Dr. Michelle has nearly 25 years in the field of counseling. She is a licensed counselor in Oregon and California, supervisor and professor.

  • Access to the knowledge they have gained from our experiences, sample clinical forms, and everything you need to get started.

Some Topics Covered

  • Basic needs to getting started: EIN, email, phone, marketing, and more.

  • Difference between Sole Proprietor, LLC, and S-corp.

  • All things money: budgeting, taxes, insurance, and setting your fees to match your value.

  • Self-of-the-therapist exploration

  • Step-by-step guide and sample clinical documents to take home
